This portfolio is an image-first archive for artist Charlotte El Moussaed. It presents artworks, documentation pictures and other visual material in a deliberately random order, avoiding the hierarchy of a traditional gallery or chronological portfolio.

The Rails-based administration interface allows the artist to import images, categorize them and group them into series. On the public site, images are lazy-loaded and background colors are dynamically calculated from the median color of each artwork, allowing the collection itself to shape the visual experience.
